Mangalore Institute of Oncology organised “Tobacco Kills You” teaching program at Government High school Kannur, Mangalore on World Anti-tobacco day on May 31st 2022. Dr. MS Baliga and Mr. Rajesh Shetty delivered the education program for 65 the early adolescent students of the school by emphasising on ill effects of tobacco and how to avoid getting attracted and addicted to tobacco. The program was organised by the cancer education and awareness cell (CEAC) of MIO.
