MIO hospital hosted a seminar on the topic “Medical legal issues in Health Care”. This was conducted in two batches on the 24th June 2023 and 8th July 2023. The resource person was Dr. Vinod C Nayak, Professor, Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. Dr. Srikanth Rao and Dr. Venkataraman Kini welcomed the speaker. Dr. Krishna Prasad and Dr. Jalalludin Akbar were also in attendance.
The seminar provided valuable insights into the legal issues that arise in the healthcare industry and how they can be addressed. The staff of MIO hospital found the seminar to be informative and engaging.
