Empowering Health Through Education: Dr. Hemanth Kumar’s Talk on Cancer Awareness
On 6th July, a Free Eye Testing Camp was organized by Chiranjeevi (R), Kumble, with the aim of providing essential eye care services to the local community. In a thoughtful and impactful addition to the event, a special cancer awareness talk was delivered by Dr. Hemanth Kumar, Consultant Medical Oncologist at Mangalore Institute of Oncology (MIO).
Understanding the need to spread awareness about cancer alongside preventive care, the organizers invited Dr. Hemanth Kumar to educate the attendees. He addressed a crowd comprising people from diverse age groups who had gathered for their eye check-ups.
