Mangalore Institute of Oncology (MIO) was proud to be one of the sponsors of the Mangalore Quizzing Foundation (MQF) Silver Jubilee General Knowledge Quiz, held on August 10, 2025, at St. Agnes College, Mangalore. The landmark event featured two major categories, the School Quiz for students up to Class 10 and the Open Quiz for participants aged 16 and above, attracting enthusiastic teams from across the region.
As part of our participation, MIO conducted a special online MIO-MQF Cancer Quiz for both kids (up to 15 years) and adults (16 years & above). This fun and interactive quiz aimed to raise awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and healthy lifestyle practices. Participants joined from anywhere via online registration, and winners received attractive prizes.
At the venue, cancer awareness videos were played for the audience, ensuring the message of early detection and healthy living reached a wider community. MIO also presented gifts to the winners of the main MQF quiz, making the celebration even more memorable.
