Dr. Krishna Prasad gave an excellent talk to oncology nurses across the country on 15th September 2018 through a webcast on the following topics
- Mucositis, esophagitis, xerostomia and dysphagia
- Nausea and vomiting
- Cancer-related genitourinary complications
- Cancer-related nephrotoxicity
- Pain management for patients with cancer
This webcast was conducted by Intas Oncology. 37 cancer treating hospitals with more than 800 nurses and doctors participated. From MIO, 45 nursing and allied staff attended the same. The talk was very much appreciated by the doctors and oncology nurses as they found it very useful in their day-to-day practice.
