On the occasion of the 3rd anniversary of M.I.O Day Care Centre, Udupi, on 1st August 2025 (Friday), the centre had the honor of welcoming Mr. Yashpal Suvarna, Hon’ble MLA of Udupi, for a heartfelt and meaningful visit that celebrated both our journey and the lives we continue to touch.
Mr. Suvarna was warmly received by Dr. Suresh Rao, Director of M.I.O Hospitals, who led him through the facility, highlighting the patient-focused services that have defined our work over the last three years. Together, they discussed current healthcare challenges and solutions, including the growing need for affordable cancer care, community outreach, and the importance of preventive screenings in coastal Karnataka.
As part of his visit, Mr. Suvarna took time to personally interact with patients undergoing treatment at the Day Care Centre.
